Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the rm250 platform. By registering or accessing any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rm250 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the rm250 website, mobile application, and all associated services.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any rm250 services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- You are accessing this platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- Your use of this platform is subject to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on rm250. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rm250 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification process. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rm250 will never ask for your password via email, text, or any other communication channel. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the rm250 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and accept full responsibility for all actions carried out through your account. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems and security;
- Using automation software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games;
- Colluding with other players to exploit the platform's systems (known as "collusion");
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account;
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
Rm250 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without refund, if any of the above prohibitions are violated.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the rm250 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and approved local bank transfers. rm250 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies or through unapproved third-party intermediaries.
Deposit
All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details are accurate before confirming payment. rm250 is not liable for any delays or failures caused by banks or payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the verification procedures in place. rm250 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held under the same name as the registered rm250 account holder. Processing times range from a few hours to one business day, depending on the method selected.
Suspicious Transactions
Rm250 reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Accounts involved may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Rm250 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. rm250's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm250 platform — including logos, graphics, interfaces, text, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of rm250 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from rm250.
Third-Party Links
The rm250 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. rm250 does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, nor does it exercise any control over them. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Rm250 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to the platform or other users. In such cases, the balance in the affected account may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to claim any compensation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rm250 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following identity verification.
Changes to Terms
Rm250 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal procedures in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
